Church prayer team has been active in praying for Atlanta campuses. There are campus prayer meetings every week at the Georgia State University campus where ministers and students gather together to listen to a short message and pray over the campus and Bible studies. The ministers also meet on and pray over Georgia Tech campus for God to open the way as they evangelize and pioneer.
One minister shared, “Campus prayer gives strength and peace for students and ministers. It’s a distinguished time from busy weekdays to focus on prayer. Some students are used to praying and some are not. This is a time for them to gather in the name of Christ and become one in the spirit of God so they can be refreshed and strengthened. I hope this time will be more ‘popular’ among students so they can meet God deeply!”
This week, Haley Troullier, Prayer team leader, will be holding the first campus prayer meeting at Clark Atlanta University with Atlanta AM representative, Minister Vanessa Eusebio. They will meet with Minister Vanessa’s group Bible study students on Thursday to pray together.
She shared, “We have been planning to hold campus prayer at CAU for a long time. I am glad we will finally begin. I hope that through prayer God will strengthen the minister and students and open up the CAU campus more.”
