One of the things that helped the people of God in their prayer lives was, speaking truth about God back to God. We need the word to shed light on the love to help us pray.

“We have heard it with our ears, O God; our ancestors have told us what you did in their days, in days long ago.”
Psalm 44:1 NIV

Psalm 69:13 NIV

Amen.
